Mark Cuban urges Gov. Josh Shapiro to take action against Musk Super PAC: ‘may violate gaming laws in Pennsylvania’
Elon Musk’s America PAC is giving one million dollars to one lucky swing state voter each day. To enter into the sweepstakes, voters have to sign a petition to support free speech and the right to bear arms.
Democrats are not happy with this, with many labeling the initiative as a form of ‘Bribery’.
In an interview on NBC’s Meet The Press, Shapiro stated, “I think there are real questions with how [Musk] is spending money in this race. How the dark money is flowing, not just into Pennsylvania but apparently now into the pockets of Pennsylvanians.” While Shapiro did question Musk’s spending in the race, he didn’t go so far to question the legality of the giveaway.
However, Mark Cuban did. In a post on X tagging Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro, Billionaire Mark Cuban shared a screenshot of gambling laws in the state, stating that the Super PAC founded by Elon Musk may be violating gambling laws in the state.
Cuban is supporting Kamala Harris in the presidential race, and has gotten into spats with Elon Musk in the past.
It’s important to note that Kamala Harris has raised over a Billion dollars for her campaign, and is backed by a wide variety of PACs aiming to get her elected.
