Possible Trump Mistrial? How A Juror Text Could Derail The Verdict Against Donald Trump
Judge Juan Merchan, the acting Justice in former President Donald Trump’s trial, notified Trump’s attorney Todd Blanche that a juror may have texted a relative about the guilty verdict before it was announced. The comment was made on the court’s facebook page.
The comment comes from a user, “Michael Anderson.” And the comment states that his cousin, a juror in the Trump trial, told him the Donald Trump was getting convicted, in a celebratory mood. The comment was made before the ruling itself was given.
If this is true, it is possible that this could lead to a mistrial. But it is very likely that this is not true. Why? because the alleged comment comes from a self-described “professional shitposter.” Whether this is a legitimate action that could result in a mistrial, or someone pulling a gag, this will be heavily investigated.
All of this comes amid continued attacks on Donald Trump from the political left. Whether the attempt to imprison the 45th President, or the attempt to take him off the ballot, an all out assault against Donald Trump is underway. Will Mr. Trump be able to whether it? Let’s wait and see.
