Kamala Harris embraces abortion in appearance on Call Her Daddy – Viewers call it ‘tone deaf’

Vice President Kamala Harris made an appearance on the popular female sex podcast ‘Call Her Daddy’ over the weekend where her and host Alex Cooper touched on a variety of issues including Abortion, Tampons, and the “Daddy Gang” – the word used to describe the shows fans.

On abortion, she slammed Donald trump for suggesting that women are having abortions in the 9th month of pregnancy.

“That is not happening anywhere in the United States. It’s a bold face lie. Just a boldfaced lie that he is suggesting,” Kamala said. “Can you imagine he’s suggesting that women in their ninth month of pregnancy are electing to have an abortion? Are you kidding? That is so outrageously inaccurate and it’s so insulting to suggest that that would be happening and that women would be doing that. It’s not happening anywhere.”

Abortions are permitted in the 9th month of pregnancy in some states, including Minnesota, the home state of her running mate. In 2023 Tim Walz signed a bill that imposed no restrictions on gestational limits on abortion.

Many viewers of the program were not happy with her appearance, with commenters on Instagram labeling it “tone deaf” due to timing of the appearance amid the aftermath of Hurricane Helene. Some are even vowing to stop listening to the podcast, “I’ll never listen again.”

Per host Alex Cooper, Donald Trump has also been invited on the show but has yet to accept an invite.
