After a devastating Champions League quarterfinal loss in penalties to Real Madrid, all of Manchester City’s attention was focused on winning the league for the 6th time in 7 seasons. Now, it looks like Manchester City are in prime position to do that.
2 points ahead of Arsenal, a win at home to West Ham United will clinch them the league. They could even tie West Ham and win the league if Arsenal loses or ties Everton in their season finale. While losing in the Champions League was painful, City can do the domestic double if they accomplish the above, and beat rival Manchester United in the FA Cup on May 25th.
