Fani Willis dealt major blow in divorce case involving special prosecutor

MARRIETTA, Ga. – In a major blow to D.A. Fani Willis, the judge overseeing the divorce case against Nathan Wade, has ordered court records to be made public. Wade, the special prosecutor hired in the Trump Georgia case by D.A. Fani Willis is being accused by his spouse of having an affair with her.

The judge did not rule on whether Fani Willis will need to sit for questioning in the divorce case. The initial deposition had been scheduled for Tuesday, but has since been delayed.

Earlier this week it was revealed that Fani Willis and Nathan Wade had paid for trips to San Francisco and Miami together, as evidenced in both names appearing on bank statements together.

The controversy involving Wade’s qualifications has brought many questions to the Georgia RICO case against Donald Trump and other defendants.

Wade’s bio states,

“Whether you are in need of representation after a major car accident or are going through a change in your personal life that requires representation with a family law issue; whether you have a contract dispute, or whether you are involved in any type of civil litigation, Nathan J. Wade will be a zealous advocate for you.”

However, there is no record on his law firm’s website of the cases Nathan Wade has prosecuted. Which raises the obvious doubts on how he even got on the case, if it weren’t for a potential relationship with Fani Willis.

Another potential misconduct in the case, is whether Wade committed fraud against the state of Georgia by overbilling his actual time worked on the case. In one billing entry, he reported working 24 hours straight, at a rate of $250/hr, totaling $6,000.

The allegations of misconduct by Willis and Wade may have already doomed the state’s case against Trump and other co-defendants. If Willis and Wade are unable to disprove the allegations, it’ll be tough for them to convince the public that the investigation against Trump and Co. was conducted in a fair manner.
