TNF Grades: What would you rate the performance of the Vikings Offense and Defense?

The Minnesota Vikings fell to the Philadelphia eagles 28-34 in a thrilling TNF game. The vikings fell to 0-2 on the season and will have to figure out things fast before it is too late.

Offense: (B) It’s tough to grade the Offense on the day because you get the sense that the game would’ve gone differently if Justin Jefferson hadn’t made the unforced error that resulted in a touchback on what would’ve probably ended up in a touchdown. Cousins kept ball well and had some good drives that ended up with 4 touchdowns.

Defense: (C-) Struggled to stop the run game of Deandre Swift and Hurts was dealing to his receivers at times. Had 4 sacks, but also gave up 34 points. They’ll need to improve if they have any shot of making the playoffs.

Special Teams: (C) Forced a fumble and scored every PAT. Did have a failed onside kick at the end of the game, not much you can do about that.
