Arsenal Player Ratings vs Everton

Arsenal defeated Everton 1-0 at Goodison Park on Sunday. The game lacked quality at times with Arsenal failing to finish off many of there chances and Everton not creating many chances at all. Arsenal however showed good poise in defending and ultimately came away with the three points.

Starting 11

Raya: 7 –Not much to do on the evening but when called on, he did his job.

Zinchenko: 7 – Defended well and had some dangerous passes in behind.

Saliba: 6.5 Good block on Mykolenko.

Gabriel: 6.5 –had a fantastic ball to Jesus and did well defending.

White: 7 – Won loads of duels and had a decent shot on target.

Vieira: 5.5 – Had his fair bit of chances, but was not able to capitalize.

Rice: 7.5 –Kept possession well and had a great interception that led to Nketiah chance.

Odegaard: 6 –Played a role in constructing the first goal but could’ve done better finishing a dangerous chance.

Martinelli: 5 – Unfortunate to get subbed off in the 22′ due to injury. Had a goal disallowed.

Nketiah: 4 – Saw very little of the ball and did not finish the one chance he had.

Saka: 7 – Had the composure to cut it back to Trossard for the assist.

Subs

Trossard: 7.5 – Lovely finish and looked dangerous.

Jesus: 6 – Had some good battles with Tarkowski and was a pest.

Havertz: N/A – Not enough involvements

Tomiyasu: N/A – Not enough involvements
